Project Overview

Cilex Insulations Ltd successfully delivered the thermal insulation package for this project for the Beatrice Shilling Building, a modern 4-storey facility at Coventry University. The building will host students from the Engineering, Environment, and Computing faculties, offering cutting-edge spaces designed for innovation, collaboration, and advanced learning.

Project Scope

Our scope of work included the installation of over 7,000 metres of phenolic pipe section to the pipework services, 3,000 m² of duct wrap to the ductwork, and 400 m² of external Therma duct board, along with electrical trace heating for the external pipework. Leveraging our expertise, we delivered bespoke, high-performance insulation solutions tailored to the building’s technical requirements, enhancing energy efficiency, system reliability, and overall operational longevity.
