Cilex Insulations Ltd was selected to supply and install the thermal insulation package for Enterprise Wharf, a landmark development situated in Birmingham’s Innovation Birmingham campus. This state-of-the-art, 10-storey building offers 120,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, designed to foster collaboration and innovation within the city’s burgeoning tech sector.
Project Scope
Our team undertook the comprehensive insulation of both internal and external pipework and ductwork systems. This included the installation of over 13,000 linear meters of mineral wool pipe sections and 2,000 square meters of duct wrap and slab, ensuring optimal thermal performance and energy efficiency throughout the building.
